Price and refunds

Yes. One price includes the clinician review, the medication when it is prescribed, shipping, refill reviews and care-team messaging. Labs for weight-loss programs are ordered after you start and paid by the program.

You get a full refund. A licensed clinician makes the decision after reviewing your intake; no prescription is guaranteed.

Anytime. Nothing renews automatically: a 4-week supply is a single purchase, and longer plans are refunded pro-rata for months not yet shipped. A month whose medication has already been ordered is not refundable.

No. Unlimited messaging with your care team is included in every program, for dosing, side effects, shipping and refills.

Your clinician

Independent, licensed clinicians through Aevogen's clinical partner network, licensed in all 50 states and DC. Aevogen is not a pharmacy and does not manufacture medication.

Usually within 24 hours of finishing your intake. You get an email with the decision, and your account shows where your order is.

Usually not. Most reviews are done asynchronously from your intake. A video visit is scheduled only where your state requires it or your clinician asks for one, at no extra cost.

Medication and safety

No. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies for an individual patient and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Your clinician will tell you whether a compounded or a brand-name option is right for you.

A state-licensed US pharmacy in our clinical partner's network fills every prescription. Aevogen is not a pharmacy and does not manufacture medication.

Every program page and the checkout show the safety information for that medication, including boxed warnings where they apply. Ask your clinician about anything that is not clear.

Weight-loss programs order labs after you start, paid by the program. Other programs order labs only if your clinician needs them; for menopause care, the lab bills you at cost.

Shipping

If prescribed, your first shipment leaves in 2–4 business days in plain packaging. Refills ship every 4 weeks (every 12 weeks for menopause care).

The assessment on this website does not create a doctor–patient relationship between the individual completing it and Aevogen. Independent, US-licensed clinicians in our clinical partner network apply exclusionary criteria to determine whether an individual is a candidate for a given medication; the answers you provide may screen you out of eligibility, and a clinician reviews every order after checkout to decide whether a prescription is appropriate. Clinicians retain the sole decision to prescribe. No prescription is guaranteed; if a clinician does not prescribe, you receive a full refund.

Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies for an individual patient. Although these facilities are regulated, compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. The decision to use a compounded medication is guided by the licensed clinician's medical judgment, informed by your telehealth intake and medical history. Where a brand-name, FDA-approved medication is appropriate, your clinician will tell you. Wegovy® and Ozempic® are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk; Zepbound® and Mounjaro® of Eli Lilly. Aevogen is not affiliated with these companies and does not sell their products.

Aevogen does not produce or dispense medication and is not a pharmacy. Medical treatment is provided by independent, licensed clinicians through affiliated professional corporations in our clinical partner network. You may receive medication that looks different from what is portrayed on this website. Medication is included in the cost of the program.
